This complete consolation package provided by The Successful Host is an in person consultation that will be scheduled upon purchase of package via the email provided on the order. The complete consultation package is a complete set up of your new short term rental, or consultation on your existing to rental to help make it as successful as possible. This package includes the following in person assistance:
-Visit to your short term rental with prior research of area your rental is located
-Thorough walk through of inside and outside to completely assess your property
-Help with staging your short term rental for optimal guest experiences
-Decor/Repair suggestions
-HDR professional real estate photos of your entire property
-Help building and setting listing up on STR sites (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
-Help create social media account for listing and assist with how to run account
-Full print outs of welcome binder, inventory list, cleaning list and other helpful items for short term rental
-Tax and financial assistance
-Assistance locating local reliable help if necessary
-Any other assistance needed
